ID: Feb 19 - Day Lily - Mornings Are The Most - Keep Your Faith" cards
size: 5"w x 7"H

Created: February 4, 2019
Modified:

I had this Day Lily in my misc bin for eons... Finally did something with it.

I'm using rubber quote from  Suzanne available on Quietfire Design

("Keep Your Faith...");

Also using a clear quote stamp "A Bit Of Fragrance Collection" 8pce set from Quietfire Design also available on Elizabeth Craft Designs HERE

Side folded my cream toned card. Adhered a piece of bright yellow textured cardstock.

Created a silhouette image of the flower stamp and cut with my electronic cutter. Stamped the flower using Versafine Black Onyx and clear embossed. Colored with Derwent Inktense colored pencils and a water brush. Adhered to card front.

I just got this die (Memory Box "Tiffany Frame") from one of my Wednesday gals. The die is not symmetrical like this... I cut it twice, embossed it with Emerald Creek Seth Apter Baked Velvet "Aegean Sea" embossing powder and then with a coating of UTEE. Spliced the two and adhered the splices to card front. Stamped the quote onto the cream toned drop out piece using the black and clear embossed, then adhered into frame.

On the inside: stamped the quote with the black and clear embossed.

The die cut leaves are another item from my misc bin... the cardstock had been colored with Color Burst and Brusho powders. Love doing that for leaves, gives such nice variation to them...

ID: Feb/19 - ECD Get Well - You Never Know How Strong
Size: 4.25"w x 5.5"h

Side folded my light gray card.

Stamped the flowers using Distress "Picked Raspberry" on light gray cardstock and colored with Prisma colored pencils. Trimmed down and layered onto a deep pink cardstock then onto card front.

Die cut the "Get Well" from a tissue box cardstock and adhered to front.

On the inside: I just got the new Emerald Creek Seth Apter Baked Velvet embossing powders and thought I'd make a background to cut my die with... I inked a piece of white cardstock large enough for y die cut and sprinkled with "Desert" embossing powder. Re-inked with the Versamark and embossed with UTTE embossing powder. Then heated an area and randomly dribbled some "Eclipse" or "Crimson" powder. Continued until I liked the background... Die cut the Flourished Oval Frame.

Stamped the quote using Versafine Black Onyx, clear embossed then adhered the frame.
