ID: Apr/19 - Easel Fairy - ECD Happy Birthday & Good Luck - A Rustle In The Wind" card
size: 7"w x 5"H

Created: April 8, 2019
Modified:

I got some new stamps from Nellie's Choice- mini mushrooms... And you know me, had to use them...

I'm using several dies "Happy Birthday #3" 2pce set, "Good Luck" and "Calligraphic Elements 2 - Ampersands" from Elizabeth Craft Designs, also available on Quietfire Design HERE, HERE and HERE

I'm also using a quote stamp from Quietfire Design ("A Rustle In The Wind..." 4pce set)

I'm also using a digital file from Suzanne available on the Silhouette onLine store. Click image to purchase.

Scored and folded my white cardstock to create my easel structure. Cut another piece same size as card in dark brown textured cardstock and adhered to front.

I raided my stash of dry embossed designs that I created at the end of last year... (Nellie's Creations "Flowering Spring"). Hit the high points with Distress "Faded Jeans" and then a bit of :Mowed Lawn". Sponged "Tumbled Glass" in the background.

Created silhouette files of the small mushrooms (Nellie's Choice "Mushrooms"). Electronically cut. I also created larger versions of these mushrooms from the stamped image and cut electronically. Colored with Distress pads adding Liquid Pearls dots in white or copper. Also Created a cut file for the fern (Kaiser Crafts "Whisper") stamping with Versafine Clair pad. Adhered all to the embossed design.

Stamped the quote using the Versafine Clair "Paradise" pad and clear embossing. Adhered to a piece of blue textured pearlescent cardstock and then onto card front.

On the floor: Cut a piece of the dark brown cardstock and adhered to floor.

Die cut the words from a blue textured pearlescent cardstock and adhered to floor. The ampersand I inked with Distress "Barn Door" and embossed with Emerald Creek "Chinese New Year" embossing powder.

Cut the fairy from white cardstock and inked with a black brush pen. The wings were inked with Versamark and embossed with Emerald Creek "Iridescent Shimmer" embossing powder. Adhered to lip of dark brown from the floor to act as my stopper.
