I got a whole whack of stamps recently. I mentioned a while back when I created some cosmos flowers with my electronic cutter and said "why doesn't anyone make cosmos stamps...". Well it seems AlteNew heard me. 

I'm using an A Way With Words dies  "Remember"  from Elizabeth Craft Designs, also available on Quietfire Design HERE

I'm also using one of the newest quote stamps from Quietfire Design

("The Only Time...")

Created a silhouette image of each base flower from the stamp set (AlteNew "Stunning Cosmos"). Cut with my electronic cutter from white cardstock. Stamped each as per the instructions using Distress regular and Oxide pads. 

Punched out the greenery using a McGill "Pine" punch from Color Burst decorated paper I had in my stash.

Embossed the background using Spellbinder's "Floral" embossing folder. Hit the high points with "Antique Linen". Trimmed down and adhered to card front.

Adhered my floral elements.

Die cut the "Remember" from a mid green toned cardstock.

On the floor: Embossed another piece of white cardstock as the front.

Adhered the purple cardstock, then the trimmed down embossed piece. 

Stamped the quote using Versafine Black Onyx and clear embossed on white cardstock. Die cut using Elizabeth Craft Designs "Stitched Ovals", sponged around edges with a dirty purple sponge. Cut the under layer oval from a scrap piece of the purple cardstock.

Scored one of my extra flowers and adhered to floor to act as my stopper. Added a leaf sprig.
