I just got a bunch of the newest stamps from Suzanne at Quietfire Design and had to use this "Merry Christmas" background stamp. I ABSOLUTELY love it... It's a perfect size too 3.5"h x 4.5"w and of course I had to pair it up with one of my recent acquisitions from Penny Black the Xmas Balls

I'm using an A Way With Words die "Love, Peace, Joy, Christmas Ornament" 4pce set from Elizabeth Craft Designs, also available on Quietfire Design HERE. 

And using a newest quote and background stamp from Quietfire Design, 

("Christmas Truths" 3pce set);  ("Merry Christmas Background")

Stamped the Merry Christmas Background stamp on white cardstock using Versafine Toffee and embossing with Queen's Gold embossing powder. Trimmed down and adhered to a piece of the red cardstock leaving a very very narrow border, then adhering to a gold from the DCWV "The Naturals" paper pad. Adhered to card front.

Die cut the ornament from a gold mirror cardstock (DoCrafts), and from a white Ruche paper to get the circle. Die cut the peace from a Chocolate Calebaut box (love their metallic boxes...and their chocolates BIG GRIN). Assembled and adhered to front.

Added a line of red rhinestones for the hanger.

On the floor: Stamped the balls using Distress pads and a wet paint brush and my Tim's Stampin Platform. When dry, applied clear nail polish to the balls. Trimmed down, applied the toffee pad to the edge of the cardstock and embossed with the Queen's Gold.

Stamped the quote using Versafine Black Onyx and clear embossed.

Adhered to floor.

Scored a piece of the red cardstock and adhered to floor to act as my stopper.
