This is one of my more recent Oxide backgrounds I made when with the gals. Still loving those subdued looks...

I'm using an A Way With Words die "Cherish" and "Moments" from Elizabeth Craft Designs, also available on Quietfire Design HERE and HERE

I'm using a quote, sentiment and design element stamp from Quietfire Design.

("Always Believe..."); (Happy Birthday plain and Simple" 7pce set); ("Butterfly/Dragonfly" 7pce set)

I used a heck of a lot of stamps, both stamped on the card and or fussy cut (electronic cutter) around the images.

Heron large (Old Island); Bulrushes and Bulrushes edger (Paper Parachute); Floral - fern (Rubbernecker); Hill Fern (Beeswax); Cattails (Posh); Swan Lake (Flourishes) all stamped and enhanced with colored pencils.

The dragonfly was first stamped, but I found it not emphasized enough, so stamped and clear embossed it on a piece of vellum and cut around it.

Die cut the bamboo shoots (Memory Box) and the Maidenhead Fern (Sue Wilson Creative Expressions) from Color Burst/Brushos decorated papers.

Die cut the Cherish from the aqua and pumpkin cardstocks. Adhered both together slightly off set. After adhering, found it wasn't pronounced enough, so put a line detail of Stickles glitter through each letter.

Adhered the stamped front to a piece of aqua cardstock trimmed down to 1/16" around, then onto the front of the card.

On the floor: 

Die cut the "Moments" from the aqua and pumpkin cardstocks. Surgically removed the "s" then adhered them together, slightly off set, then onto a pumpkin bar to act as my stopper. Stamped the word "the", masking it from the rest of the quote using Versafine Black Onyx.

Stamped the quote and Happy Birthday on a piece of the aqua cardstock using Versafine "Majestic Blue" and clear embossing. Adhered to floor.

Adhered a piece of blue narrow satin ribbon on the left side, then a die cut maidenhead fern.
