I was in a mood to use Suzanne's Acanthus background stamp - such a beautiful stamp... and thought I'd turn it into an Xmas card.  You can see the positive of the die cut on this card HERE.

I'm using an A Way With Words dies "Season's Greetings" from Elizabeth Craft Designs, also available on Quietfire Design HERE

And using a sentiment  and design element stamp from Quietfire Design. 

("Dona Nobis Pacem"); ("Leafy Acanthus Background") 

Using my Misti Stamped the acanthus background a couple times using Versafine "Toffee" and embossing with Queen's Gold embossing powder on a dark green cardstock. Applied Ken Oliver's "Stick It" to the back of my cardstock then die cut the "Season's Greetings" keeping the positive die cut for another card. Trimmed down and adhered to front.

On the floor:  Again using my Misti, stamped the acanthus background as a border, using Versamark and clear embossing. 

Stamped the sentiment with the Toffee and embossed with the Queen's Gold.

Voila a quick and easy card...
