I recently got a bunch of new Altenew stamp sets... and I've been playing with them. The set I'm using today is the "Dahlia Blossoms" set.  I immediately created silhouette images of the solid image stamps and cut a bunch out. These were cut on watercolor paper.

I'm using an  "A Way With Words" die from Elizabeth Craft Designs "Laugh" , designed by Suzanne Cannon (also available HERE). 

And using a sentiment stamp  from Quietfire Design  

("Ten Tiny Sentiments" 10 pce set)

As mentioned, electronically cut the flowers and stamped with Distress pads ("Spun Sugar" for the base; "Picked Raspberry" for the outline and shading; the Leaves "Crushed Olive" for the base; "Forest Moss" for the outline and shading). Adhered in a pleasing arrangement.

Die cut the "Laugh" from some scrap aqua cardstock. 

Inside Right side: Raided my stash of alphabet letters (Elizabeth Craft Designs "Lower & Upper Case Alphabet sets") Adhered them for the quote "and the world laughs with you"

Adhered another dahlia and leaves

On the Left Side: stamped the "Just Because" using Versafine Black Onyx.
