One of the gals at our last quilling session was celebrating a birthday and brought a lovely napkin of these gorgeous big flowers. I knew right away I wanted to use one of them...

I'm using a couple of an A Way With Words dies from Elizabeth Craft Designs "Remember"  also available on Quietfire Design HERE

I'm using a quote and sentiment stamp on the inside from  Quietfire Design  

("In The Midst Of Winter..."); ("Merry Christmas - Poinsettia" 2pce set); ("Have Yourself A Merry..." 3pce set)

Scored, and folded my white card to create the gate card. Adhered the napkin to the closed card, then carefully slit down the center.

Sponged some Distress "Wilted Violet" around the edges. Adhered a piece of white cardstock on the inside with a piece of Velcro to keep the card closed.

adhered a piece of mauve/blue/silver Sari ribbon around the card, then adhered a bow with a glue gun. (It's strictly decorative, doesn't function.)

On the inside: punched a circle mask for the moon, and cut a wavy line to create the hills. Sponged some "Broken China" using a dirty sponge that had "Chipped Sapphire" on it... Moved the mask down and repeated. Dried.

Stamped the dotted snowflakes using Distress "Picket Fence" and embossed with white embossing powder.

Stamped the tree with Distress "Forest Moss" and clear embossed. Added a red rhinestone star.

Stamped the quote and sentiment using Versafine "Blue Lagoon" and clear embossed.
