I
opened the Silhouette file in Studio
and resized it to 13.829 wide, giving me a card base that is
5"w. The base is now wider than my 11"w cardstock,
so most of the right tab hung off my paper/mat. I ungrouped
everything and moved stuff off the mat. I cut the card base from a
cream toned cardstock. I then moved the base to the other side edge
and cut the tab piece only. I then
spliced the two parts together creating my card base.
I cut the various butterflies from
the cream toned cardstock, inked, embossed, glittered - then
adhered to the various butterflies on the card. The swallowtail I
inked with black and embossed with Emerald Creek "Onyx
Frost", adhered to base butterfly and applied Quickie Glue
pen and then sprinkled with Stickles Dry Glitter
"Thistle" & "Eucalyptus". The Monarch
butterfly inked the base butterfly with Distress "Scattered
Straw" and then some "Wild Honey". Filigree layer
inked with "Frayed Burlap" and embossed with Emerald
Creek "Charred Gold". The small butterflies were inked
and glittered or embossed with Pearlescent embossing powder.
I stamped the grasses on the tabs
using Penny Black "Enjoy Life" stamp set using Distress
"Forest Moss".
eCut the bunny increasing it's size
to 2.011 x 2.851 and cut from the cream cardstock, sponging with
the burlap adding a stronger layer in some sections to add depth.
Sponged a touch of "Spun Sugar" in the ear area. Added a
mini black rhinestone for the eye. Applied glue to the tail and
adhered white flocking. Adhered the bunny just to the right, just
shy of the slot, on the right had tab.
Sponged a bit of the green on the
bottom edge of the right tab.

eCut the "Easter" from
the cream cardstock, inked with the straw and honey and clear
embossed. Adhered to right tab.
Stamped the quote on a piece of the
cream cardstock using Versafine Black Onyx and clear embossed. Die
cut using Spellbinders oval die set, sponged edges with a dirty
blue sponge and adhered to card base.
