Scored, and folded
my pink Bazzill monochromatic card and die cut with Elizabeth
Craft Designs "Stitched Ovals" die set to create the easel. Cut
several smaller ovals from various pink toned cardstocks. Adhered
the layers to the front with 3D foam tape.
Stamped the
"Joy" with Versafine Black Onyx and clear embossed on
white cardstock. Cut around some of the letters to cut that oval
shape without cutting the letters off. Applied various colors of
Liquid Pearls dots. Colored the open spaces with a gold gel pen.
On the Floor:
Die cut several pink layers with the oval set and adhered to floor,
one on top of the other. Die
cut the poinsettia (Sizzix Tim's "Tattered Poinsettia"
Bigz die) from 65# Soft Finish cardstock. Sponged with Distress
"Spun Sugar", tooled the back of the pertals with a small
balled stylus to create the vein line, then went direct to paper
with the Spun Sugar. Adhered to floor adding bright yellow Liquid
Pearls dots. Stamped
the sentiment with the black and clear embossed. Die
cut the word "Love" from a burgundy cardstock, adhered to
a folded piece of support cardstock and adhered to floor to act as
the stopper. Final
touch, added a piece of pink narrow ribbon and a pink gem.
