I've been on a roll making these dress type cards... blame it on my quilling friends.

One of the NEWEST "A Way With Words" dies from Elizabeth Craft Designs ("Happy Birthday" 2pce die), designed by Suzanne Cannon (also available HERE). 

I'm also using a quote stamp on the inside I don't think I've ever used before but have always wanted too from Quietfire Design  

("You Use A Glass Mirror");

Created my dress piece starting with the underskirt of Chiyogami rolled paper, then adhering lengths of Sari variegated ribbon using a glue gun. Adhered the same Chiyogami paper to the bodice adding pearl lace and narrow lace border. Adhered a piece of pink narrow ribbon to the waist and then the pearl lace ribbon.

Stamped the hats/hat stand (Rick St Denis "Hat Shoppe" set) on to white cardstock, colored with Prisma colored pencils, trimmed down, sponged with some Antique Linen then adhered to card front offset.

Die cut the lace border (Joanna Sheen "Harriet Lace Edger") on the left side using white cardstock and adhered to front.

Die cut the "Happy Birthday" from white cardstock, inked with Versafine blue and embossed with Emerald Creek Hot Stuff "Turquoise Shimmer" embossing powder. Adhered to left side of card, then adhered my dress form.

Stamped the large hat (Rick St Denis set) with the black, colored  and adhered to front just under the dress edge.

On the inside: Die cut the left and right and bottom borders (Joanna Sheen "Charlotte Lace Edger") on white cardstock, trimmed off most of the bottom border. Die cut another border for the top and merged with the side pieces, cutting off the excess.

Stamped the fairy (Prima Marketing "Fairy Rhymes") colored with Prisma and added glitter to the wings.

Stamped the quote using Versafine Black Onyx and clear embossed.
