size: 4"w x 8.5"h

I came across this stencil shift background on Pinterest recently and thought I'd play with it... I made one with a mesh type background as well, but that's for another day...

I'm using one of the 2015 dies from Elizabeth Craft Designs "Friends" (also available on Quietfire Design HERE).

I'm using also using a quote stamp from Quietfire Design

("Hold a True Friend");

I scored and folded my white  card.

Used some scraps of orangey and bluish cardstock for border edges.

The bubble background was made on 110# white cardstock (see below for the details)

Trimmed it down and using a stamp positioner, stamped parts of a bubble stamp (Anita's Sugarloaf "Bubbles") into some of the circles using Versafine Black Onyx and clear embossing.

Stamped the quote with the black and clear embossed. Adhered the background to the card front.

Die cut the "Friends" word from Kraft-Tex paper fabric, and also from a light pink textured cardstock and black cardstock. Adhered all 3 layers together, off shifting each layer. Adhered to card front.

Adhered a row of ribbon pearls using a hot glue tool. Adhered some white lace adhering with double sided tape. Tied a bow from salmon toned ribbon and adhered with a glue tool, and then adhered a blue button.
