Scored, and folded
my purple card.
Created the
Rocky Mountains by cutting a mask of the mountains from thin
cardstock and laying it down on my white cardstock. Sponged Distress
"Broken China" softly all over the sky. Then going in a
streaky up and down vertical motion with the rest of the colors
(Picked Raspberry", "Mustard Seed". "Seedless
Preserves") then blending lightly with the blue sponge again
getting a Northern Lights type of look... with artistic license...
Flipped and moved
the mask down and just sponged some of the "Chipped
Sapphire" along the edges lightly to create the definition
between the mountains. Repeated one more layer down, then added some
shadow/crevices within the mountains by using edges of my mountain
mask and mainly sponging on the mask with the edge of the sponge
just skimming the edge of the mask.
Die cut the
"Brrrr" from a blue cardstock, inked with
Versamark and embossed with Emerald Creek "Blue Sparkle"
embossing powder. Adhered to card.
Stamped the
quote using Versafine Black Onyx and clear embossed. Stamped the trees
(Deep Red "Winter Pines") with the black.
