Elizabeth Craft Designs  (ECD) has been licensed to make dies of Suzanne Cannon's (Quietfire Design ) calligraphy. Today's card uses "Merry Christmas"

I've been meaning to use ECD Bricks to emboss the design and finally did it with this card... also using ECD Holly Leaves

The rubber stamp quote on the inside is by Quietfire Design  

 ("I'm Telling You" 2pce set)

Side folded my white card and direct to paper colored the left and right edges with Distress "Worn Lipstick"

On white cardstock embossed the bricks die using Spellbinder's tan mat. Hit the high points with "Antique Linen", then some "Old Paper", "Tea Dye", "Walnut Stain" and the lipstick working into the plain part of the cardstock, sponging a bit here and there as well. Trimmed down and adhered to card front.

Die cut the "Merry Christmas" from red metallic Shimmer Sheetz which I backed with ECD double sided adhesive. From the left over pieces I die cut the berries for the Holly leaves.

The Holly Leaves were die cut from Color Burst decorated watercolor paper. I used 90# Canson CP paper (wrong side - smoother), misting the paper with water then bursts of "Pthalo Green" and "Terre Verte", misting with more water. Picking up the excess puddles with the corner of a paper towel, then allowing it to dry.

On the inside: Stamped the Santa (Stampers Anonymous Tim's "Christmas Memories") using Versafine Black Onyx. Used a red Prisma Colored pencil to go over the black in the suit. Used a gold gel pen for the buckle.

Stamped the quote with the black and clear embossed.
