Use a fry pan or electric
skillet. Cover the fry pan completely in tin foil. |
|
Works best when put onto a thin Rice paper - I used Sumi-E Painting
and Calligraphy paper. Also works with tissue paper, but you have to
be a bit more careful. Experiment with different paper surfaces. |
Side folded my white card. Embossed with Couture Creations "Mini Poinsettia" embossing folder. I created my encaustic painting of the poinsettia, trimmed down and adhered to a red cardstock. Added Liquid Pearls "Buttercup" dots in the center. Adhered to card front. Die cut the "Season's Greetings from gold glitter paper, adhered to front. On the inside: stamped the poinsettia (Penny Black) inking the stamp with Distress mini pads "Mustard Seed" in the center, "Fired Brick" on the petals, and the edge of the pad "Mowed Lawn" along the pine sprigs and stamped. Stamped the quote inking with the red all over and then touching here and there with the green, stamping, and clear embossing. |
