I'm loving these dress cards I've been creating... this was the first one I started, then got side tracked wanting to make a white one which you can see HERE and now finally finished it...

I'm also using a sentiment & quote stamp on the inside from Quietfire Design  and a couple eCut files available on the Silhouette onLine store.

("Let Them Eat Cake/HB" 4pce set); ("The Woods Would Be Very Silent" 5pce set) & eCut files ("Smile"); ("Chickadee")

I drew the shape of the dress (see below) I wanted on cardstock and cut it out. Then started rolling various papers, gluing them down and building... PS I used the handle of a paint brush to press down on the inside of the roll to glue the sides together, then to glue on to the dress form. Adding lace pieces and finally a piece of dotted ribbon for the belt.

Scored and folded my white card, then die cut the lattice (Spellbinders Expandable Die "Basic Lattice"). Adhered a piece of variegated gauze ribbon that are the colors in my dress.

Die cut the bird on branch (Marianne Design) and the flowers several times (Memory box "Petal Party"). All from white cardstock then sponged with Distress yellows, orange & green. Adhered to lattice, then added rhinestone to the flower centers.

eCut the word "Smile" colored with Distress "Forest Moss" and embossed with "Olive" embossing powder. Adhered to card.

On the inside eCut the bird as well as a blackout layer and colored parts with black and parts with "Antique Linen".

Adhered the 2 parts together then on to the card. Stamped the quote and sentiment using Versafine Black Onyx and clear embossed.

Stamped the flower sprig (Flourishes "Happy Thoughts") using Distress pads and misting with water prior stamping. Sponged some yellow around the edges.

Cut a window the same size as card to finish of the inside

Adhered the dress to the card.

Paper Roll Template (this is the middle size one, make one about 1/4" taller and one a 1/4" shorter - then cut as many as needed)
