I'm using an embossing folder from Elizabeth Craft Designs  (ECD).

Both quotes are by Quietfire Design

("Invisible Tears" ); ("If You Need a Shoulder" updated design );

Inked up the Bark embossing folder with Distress "Antique Linen", misted with water, inserted my white cardstock on the un-inked side and ran through my machine.

Hit the high points lightly with "Brushed Corduroy" and "Vintage Photo", then went heavily with the linen pad again. Trimmed down and adhered to my brown textured cardstock. That determined the size of my front. I then scored and folded the rest of the card...

Die cut the scalloped piece (Marianne Design "LR0235") from white cardstock. Stamped the flower (Rubber Necker "Floral") using the Distress mini pads "Mustard Seed" all over the flowers, then some "Worn Lipstick" in the centers, and "Peeled Paint" all over the leaves and stem. Misted with water and stamped, keeping the stamp in place for about a minute to allow the inks to meld.

Stamped the quote with Versafine Black Onyx and clear embossed.

Placed the die back over the die cut and sponged with "Scattered Straw".

Added a couple amber toned rhinestones on the ends of the flourishes.

On the opposite flap, adhered a piece of brown/gold Sari ribbon. Tied a double loop fork bow with a separate piece of ribbon and adhered to flap with a glue gun. I positioned it so when the card is closed it's held closed by the bow...

On the inside: Stamped the flowers again as above on white cardstock.

Die cut the oval embossed piece, sponging with the straw. Stamped the quote with the black. Hit the high points of the oval with the straw pad. Adhered to inside.
