An Elizabeth Craft Designs "A Way With Words" dies ("Happy Birthday" 2pce set) & ("Best Wishes") designed by Suzanne Cannon and also available HERE & HERE

And I'm using the "Bamboo Trellis", "Alphabet 1 - Caps" & "Ginger Jar" from El's available on Elizabeth Craft Designs

This is a very involved card and took me several days to make - stopping and looking at it and trying to decide what direction I wanted to go in... BIG GRIN It's for someone special.

I'm also using the "Twirl & Enjoy" set from Quietfire Design

("Twirl & Enjoy" 3pce set);

I used white cardstock for my base, die cutting the bottom edge using Spellbinders "Antique Frame & Accents" set. The feet are the negative of the border die with the middle foot removed and the top edge is the positive glued to the edge. I kinked the positive piece with Versafine "Vintage Sepia" and embossed with Hot Stuff "Chic Camo" embossing powder (slight mistake I was supposed to emboss with "Oil Rubbed Bronze" - the inside edge is done with the bronze...).

Colored the edges of each panel and the feet, adhered 2 panels together to create the 4 panels. Adhered the top edge to each panel.

Cut a piece of decorative - velour embossed bamboo leaf - paper for each panel.

Die cut 4 bamboo trellis, inked with the sepia and embossed with the bronze embossing powder. Adhered each to their panels.

eCut the peonies (Altenew "Peony Scrolls" stamp set), first creating a silhouette image and then cutting with my electronic cutter from Brusho's decorated 90# watercolor paper with Schminke gold powder and salt technique, then stamping the image with Versamark and embossing with white embossing powder. The leaves I stamped with Versafine Black Onyx and clear embossed.

eCut the Chinese Lanterns (Chocolate Baroque "Chinese Lanterns" clear stamp set), creating the silhouette image, cutting with my electronic cutter from white cardstock, stamping the image with the black and clear embossing. Coloring the lanterns with various watercolor medias, including some Stickles in yellow, pink & green colors and then adding some  Distress markers in the same shades and moving the color around with a wet brush.

Stamped the Oriental words (Sunday International "Kanji" stamp set), die cut with Spellbinders oval die set and sponged a bit of Distress "Spun Sugar" around the edges.

Adhered all my elements to card. The flowers I used a double load from a glue gun to add dimension.

On the inside: Die cut the "Ginger Jar" from white cardstock, inked the filigree piece with the black and embossed with "Onyx

Frost" embossing powder, adhered to the solid piece die cut from Soft Finish cardstock and colored with various markers.

Adhered my various elements.

Page 2 & 3 have a Haiku I thought was appropriate.
"The garden darkening
The night quieting -
Peonies!"

I inked up a bunch of white cardstock with the Sepia, and sprinkled here and there with "Kettle Copper", returned excess to jar and sprinkled the remaining areas with "Mirror Gold" then die cut the letters. Assembled them pleasingly and used the Glad "Press & Seal" technique (click HERE for instructions) to adhere to some tissue paper, which was then adhered to my card.

Added some small white pearls as a chain for the larger lantern.

Die cut the "Birthday Wishes" from another piece of watercolor paper  Brusho decorated paper with glitter.

Stamped the sentiment with the black on cream toned cardstock, clear embossed and die cut with Spellbinders "Majestic Elements - Resplendent Rectangles" set, moving the die to get a narrower rectangle.
