Elizabeth Craft Designs  (ECD) has been licensed to make dies of Suzanne Cannon's (Quietfire Design ) calligraphy. I received my sample dies andso enjoying using them BIG GRIN. Today's card uses "Hello" (at Elizabeth Craft Designs and at Quietfire Design)

I had made the jumbo postage first and found the scallops too large for the project I wanted to make which you can see HERE. You can see the Silhouette tutorial for creating this type of shape HERE. So it was laying on my desk...

The rubber stamp quote & sentiment are by Quietfire Design

("Friends" 4pce set); ("Twirl & Enjoy" 3pce set); ("Happy Birthday Plain and Simple" 7 pce set);

I inked up the "Sea Glass" embossing folder (Elizabeth Craft Designs) using Distress "Walnut Stain" all over the negative side, then hitting here and there with "Black Soot", misting with water, placing the postage stamp on the uninked side and running through my machine. Repeating the steps to emboss the rest of the postage piece. Dried it

Hit the high points of the embossing, direct to paper with "Spun Sugar", then here and there with "Tumbled Glass" and "Shabby Shutters" and a touch of "Mustard Seed". Clear embossed it.

Cut a piece of burlap and started pulling threads to get a frayed edge all around. PS keep the frays to make wrapped bundles of thread... Adhered the frayed piece to the postage piece.

Adhered a piece of sage green satin ribbon around the middle where the 2 embossing folders met, then wrapped 3 times with some green/gold twine.

Adhered the frayed bundles, after wrapping the bottoms with a spare piece of fraying, and glued down with a glue gun.

Inside

Die cut various leaves and leaf sprigs (Elizabeth Craft Designs), from green decorated cardstock or Brush colored TerraSkin.

Adhered the various floral elements, lace flower, quilled flowers and 3D shaped flower.

Die cut the "Hello " from white shrink plastic and used my toaster oven to shrink it. adhered to postage with Glossy Accents.

Stamped the sentiment on white cardstock, cut out in an arrow shape, sponged some spun sugar around and hit the edges with the same pad.

Added a pink iridescent pearl to one of the flowers and a quilled ladybug.

On the inside:

Stamped the bird image (Penny Black "The Sweetest Sound") inking the stamp with various Distress mini pads, misting with water and stamping on white cardstock.

Stamped the sentiment & quote with Versafine Black Onyx and clear embossed.

Sponged some blue around the edges and adhered to inside of card.
