And another card using some hand carved stamps I made recently. Really enjoying making them and have a few more on the drawing board... Paired it up with some of my small quilled flowers, this time bright yellow.

I'm using a Quote on the front and parts of quote/sentiments on the inside from Quietfire Design as well as an eCut file from Suzanne available on the Silhouette onLine store.

("As You dream"); ("Twirl & Enjoy" 3pce set); ("Just For You" 4pce set); eCut file "Hugs & Kisses"

I used clear carving material by Jack Richeson - easy Cut Lino - "Clear Carve Lino". I love that it's clear so you can see where you're stamping. I used a Speedball carving tool. The cactus on the front is a single pillar cactus repeatedly stamped and a pot, the cactus on the inside is 1 stamp pot included.

Inked up the stamp using Distress "Mowed Lawn" all over, then some "Forest Moss" applied in streaks, misted with water and stamped onto 110# white cardstock. Cut a mask prior stamping the other 2 pillars. Stamped the pot using "Dusty Concord".

I selectively embossed the left side using my hard rubber mallet (Cuttlebug "Forest Branches"), sponged over the high points using "Old Paper". Trimmed my front down and layered onto a fuchsia textured cardstock, then on to a bright yellow textured cardstock, using my layering ruler to trim the edges. Adhered to my white card. Had a couple pieces of the fuchsia laying on my table so used the scraps to mimic a shelf.

Stamped the quote using Versafine Black Onyx and clear embossed.

eCut the "Hugs from white cardstock, sponged with a dirty purple sponge, embossed with Cuttlebug "Swiss Dots" and hit the high points with "Mustard Seed". Adhered to card front. Applied glossy accents when the card was finished.

Adhered my quilled elements including the ladybug and the glittered butterfly. Tied a loopy bow from yellow twine.

On the inside, stamped the cactus using the same colors as the front. Added the flowers (Inkadinkado) and inking with Mustard Seed acrylic dauber.

Die cut the birdcage (Memory Box "Vintage Birdcage") and direct to paper with "Pumice Stone". Adhered to card and trimmed right side.

inside

Die cut the birds (Joy Craft "Vintage Flourishes Birds") and painted with the Mustard Seed. Cut away from the rest of the die cut and adhered to card.

Stamped the sentiments using the black, masking off where appropriate, and clear embossed.

Added another scrap piece for a shelf...
