Elizabeth Craft Designs  (ECD) has been licensed to make dies of Suzanne Cannon's (Quietfire Design ) calligraphy. I received my sample dies yesterday and couldn't wait to use them BIG GRIN. These dies will start being available around the end of July 2015. Today's card uses "Congratulations"

The other dies, embossing folders, Peel offs, glitter & sticky tape, if used, are all products from ECD. The rubber stamp quote on the inside is by Quietfire Design

 ("Reminding One Another...");

A long while back I had made some stencils with my glue gun... I'm finally using one of them again... See image at bottom of page. I placed it on my white cardstock and used my air gun with my latest acquisition - Copic Airbrush attachment... I love the softness of the background so I can see myself doing this again. Trimmed down, wrapped a piece of Sari ribbon and adhered to a lime green textured cardstock, then on to a blue cardstock, then on to my white side folded card which I dry embossed the edges using "Swirly Curves" embossing folder and my hard rubber mallet.

Was watching Jennifer McGuire die cut fun foam and then shrink it with a heat gun - so had to try it. I used yellow fun foam and it cut beautifully. Heated it up carefully. You can control the shrinkage by the time amount of heat application. Colored with an olive toned Copic marker (it was handy on my desk...).

Die cut the flourishes and the berry sprigs (all from one die set) from white cardstock. Inked the flourishes with Distress "Broken China" then with Versamark and embossed with another new acquisition Hot Stuff "Turquoise Shimmer" embossing powder. The sprigs I inked with "Frayed Burlap"

Adhered all the little elements, adding small pale pink rhinestones to the berry sprigs.

As a final touch added the greenish gel dots to opposite corners.

On the inside, inked up an Inkadinkado Jumbo Fern stamp using Distress mini pads "Shabby Shutters" and touching here and there with "Mowed Lawn", misting with water and stamping.

Stamped the quote using Versafine Black onyx and clear embossed.
