I created the card shape,
then cut with my electronic cutter. The birdhouse was embossed with
Spellbinders "woodgrain/Brick" embossing folder. I applied direct to
paper Distress "Old Paper" than sponged the color on to get in all
the crevices. Then direct to paper with "Salty Ocean". then sanded.
Adhered to card front.
Stamped the quote on the
drop out piece with Versafine Black Onyx and clear embossed, sponged
with some "Tumbled Glass", then adhered to card.
I adhered the lace trim
using a glue gun. Used my Gelli plate to make the background paper
for the flowers then cut using Heartfelt Creations "Daisy Patch" die
set. Shaped with a large balled stylus, then glued two together,
offsetting the petals. The bird (Spellbinders Bird Sanctuary") was
cut from the same papers, then sponged with more colors. A small
black rhinestone eye added.
Die cut the floral
branches (Memory Box "Lavish Branch") from some decorated paper I
had in my stash. I spliced and adhered the elements. Adding pink
toned jewels in the flower centers.
Adhered the square pearl
border around the center piece. And a larger square on the roof tip.
