Love Tim's off the edge dies...

I'm using a couple of the newest Xmas stamps from Quietfire Design ("Celtic Christmas" 4pce set); ("It's Beginning to Look..." 4pce set)

I folded my white cardstock. Sponged the edges and front lightly with Distress "Tumbled Glass".

Die cut the "Snowflake Flurries" and "Townscape" from white cardstock. Used the negative of the snowflakes as a stencil to create a whole snowflake, inking the design using Versamark and embossing with "Silver Fire Opal" embossing powder (by Embossing Arts Co.). Sponged the edge with blue and trimmed down. Adhered to top of card.

Colored the townscape buildings using Distress colors and a little round finger dauber. Hit it with Black Soot direct to paper, then adhered to card.

Stamped the "Peace" with Versafine Black Onyx and clear embossed. Used a Quickie Glue Pen in the negative spaces and sprinkled with Glitter Ritz micro fine glitter "Gold".

As a final touch, added dots of Marvy white Puffy Velvet and heat activated.

inside

On the inside stamped the quote with the black. Stamped the trees with Distress "Mowed Lawn" misted with water. Stamped the snowflakes with Versamark and embossed with the Fire Opal. Sponged a bit of the blue and some "Shabby Shutters" here and there. Used a colored pencil in the same tones in some of the letters.
