Another good quilling session...

I'm using a "Celebrate" eCut on the front and a Birthday sentiment on the inside from Quietfire Design

The background: craft sheet with blobs of Distress Acrylic daubers (Weathered Wood, Broken China, Salty Ocean, Peeled Paint, Forest Moss, Antique Bronze, & Tarnished Copper) misted with water and white cardstock smushed through the colors. Cardstock misted, let the colors run a bit and then dry. Sponge Distress pads in similar colors all over, sprinkle with water, let activate and then dry. Trimmed down to fit card and used Tim's edge distresser to rough the edges. Wrapped some green metallic thick thread around a couple times and tied a bow, then adhered it to my side folded cream toned card.

eCut the word Celebrate from white cardstock, colored with a black marker then embossed with black embossing powder. eCut a shadow layer and colored with Distress Spun Sugar. Adhered the two elements together, then on to the card front.

Adhered a die cut ferny leaf from my stash and my quilled elements adding some made in a previous session (the double layered quill paper leaves in two shades of green, the long grasses made using a quilling comb, wheat sprig using my combing gadget.

On the inside stamped the lace doily (Stampin Up "Hello Doily") using Distress Pumice Stone. Dried it then stamped the sentiment using Distress mini pads (Picked Raspberry, Seedless Preserves & Peacock Feathers), clear embossed.

A final touch added a piece of beige lace.
