One of my friends got a card made with this structure using hearts, each heart going in front of the previous one. It was so pretty, I thought to myself have to make one of these... I decided to use the Dahlia flower die and I off set each flower. I am totally happy with this card. BIG GRIN

I'm using a few stamps from Quietfire Design  Nature Quote marks set; Let them Eat Cupcakes set & Friendship set

I applied Sookwang tape to my whole card floor and adhered the variegated ribbon piece, then the lace edge and added the taupe ribbon. Sprinkled Glitter Ritz micro fine glitter "Warm Highlights" to the open areas between the lace design. Stamped the quote with Versafine Black Onyx

I die cut two of each of 3 sizes of Dahlias (Spellbinder's) from cream cardstock. Scored and folded one set for the backings of each flower size and decorated the fronts before adhering them together.

The smallest flower I sponged with Distress Picked Raspberry before adhering my quilled elements and large half pearl.

The middle size I ran through my machine with the Crafts Too "Blossom" embossing folder, then hit high points with the Raspberry sponge.

The largest flower I stamped (Harmonie "Inspired Designs" background stsmp) with Perfect Medium and embossed with white embossing powder. Sponged lightly with the raspberry.

Adhered them to their backing pieces, then onto the card floor. Colored a floral button with my Spectrum Noir alcohol pen to get a coordinating color.

Stamped the "Birthday" sentiment with the black and die cut with Spellbinders Petite Ovals Large. Punched a couple holes in the tag and the flower and threaded my ribbon through, also adding some glue to the back of the tag. Tied a bow.

Stamped the "My friend"  with the black and clear embossed , die cutting with the oval die set, sponged some raspberry around the edges and adhered to floor of card.

Added the butterfly outline and solid piece from my stash. The solid piece I added some raspberry and then stamped with Impression Obsession "Bubbles" and the raspberry.
