size: 5"w x 7"h

I've been using my Martha Stewart Punches BIG GRIN. This is one of my newest acquisitions and I really love how it can incorporate the ribbon detail.

I had wanted to do the whole Water Lily flower in quilling, but somehow, my main flower pieces just didn't work out the way I wanted, so just used the buds instead. Sigh!!

I'm also using a  quote stamp from Quietfire Design

I side folded my white card. Adhered a piece of cream toned Ruche paper edge to edge.

Punched out my frame (Martha Stewart "Flourish Lace") from white cardstock and then cut out the inner rectangle. Sponged distress "Shabby Shutters" & "Crushed Olive" all over. Threaded a matching light green narrow ribbon through the holes, skipping every other hole to create the pattern. Adhered to my card with 3D adhesive squares.

Stamped my quote with Versafine Black Onyx and clear embossed. Die cut with Spellbinders "Majestic Elements", then sponged with the same greens. Adhered to card.

Stamped the water Lily image (Flourishes) with the black and hand cut. Colored with Prisma colored pencils, adhered the two quilled buds and then adhered the assembly to the frame adding some 3D squares where necessary.

I had a couple baby dragonflies punched out on my table, so added them. And as a final touch added some half pearl flourishes.
