I came across this Double Peek A Boo structure on Pinterest recently and thought I'd try making one... and of course with a few changes BIG GRIN

I'm using one of the companion stamp sets from Quietfire Design, .

I used a cream toned cardstock one piece cut to 6.25 x 4.75"h and my other piece  11" x 4.75"h. Scored the 1st piece at 4.5". The 2nd piece at 3 1/8" and then again at 3 1/8" from the first score line.

Cut my two windows in my 1st piece then matched up the cut outs onto my 2nd piece of cardstock, matching edges etc. and cut them. I used a Sizzix Movers & Shapers Peek a Boo Window die #654948.

Cut a stencil of the rectangles to use for sponging the design on the inside layer of my 2nd piece. Sponged using Distress "Mustard Seed" & "Barn Door". Then stamped the Oriental Coins (Local king Rubber "Chinese Legends" & Rubber Trouble "Asian Set") using Versafine Black onyx.

Embossed using Cuttlebug "Mandarin Screen" from the Asian Bundle set. Cut out window frames and colored the edges with a brown Zig Writer. Sponged some of the yellow and red lightly around the edges. Wrote a quote with a pointed pen, Sumi Ink on gold parchment paper in my Fickle font style. "By persisting in your path, though u forfeit the little, you gain the great. Ralph Waldo Emerson.

Stamped the quote using Versafine Vintage Sepia and touching here and there on the stamp with the black, then clear embossing.

Used the stencil from before and lightly sponged with the yellow and red. Then stamped the companion stamp in the two windows with the black, cleaning the stamp between stamping.

Adhered the 1st part to the 2nd part matching the right edge. Then adhered a couple flourish die cuts (Impression Obsession) from the cream cardstock.
