I was playing around with embossing folders and my new Metallic Pan pastels... The quilled portion was from my latest batch at our Wednesday quilling session.

I'm also using my favorite birthday sentiment stamp from Quietfire Design

I applied a piece of black cardstock, edge to edge on my white card base.

I dry embossed another piece of black cardstock using Spellbinders (mBossibilities "Framed Petite Labels"), applied Versamark all over and then applied my metallic pastels, blending a bit when done. Hit the high points with one of the Sofft tools and white pastels, trimmed to leave a border and adhered to the card front.

Stamped the sentiment with the versamark and embossed with white embossing powder.

eCut the foliage using Tim's newest dies as inspiration, colored with Distress greens and browns and adhered to card. Adhered my quilled pieces.

As a final touch, added a touch of glue to the base of each petal and sprinkled with Distress glitter "Star Dust" as well as adding a large rhinestone to the flower center.
