After making the quilled flower from our get together at Paper Pastimes, I spent a bit of time making more... the flower on the left is a take of the previous flower, but I did my wrapping around a mini mister, so the hole is much larger. I then glued the bottom section together. I also added a fringe on each petal. Die cut a large petal flower which I deconstructed and then added a fringed quilled center. I like the abstract look of it.

The flower below is punched out elements, a quilled center and a Cuttlebug die cut of the smaller quilled insert.

I'm using a sentiment stamp on both cards from Quietfire Design

I used cream toned cardstock for both cards. Stamped a flower flourish (Inkadinkado "Flower Flourishes), gold embossing on the above card and double stamping (Distress Shabby Shutters & Versafine Black Onyx) on the other card. Adhered my quilled flower.

Stamped the sentiments again gold embossing on the above card and using the black on the other. I also used a colored green pencil to add shadow on the lettering.

I added some gold Peel Off lines on the above card and a purple ribbon on the other card.
