I needed a card for my baby sisters birthday...

I'm using a sentiment stamp  from Quietfire Design

I used several challenge criteria to create the card. One being fun folds, so folded the front accordion style to slip the flower and ticket under.

Another challenge was circles or stripes, so created a background paper stamping the images (Hampton Art Graphic Border set &  Glitz Design Clear Distressing set) with Perfect Medium and embossing with white embossing powder, then coloring with Pan Pastels. Punched out the circle border with an EK Success deep edger Le Circle. Adhered it to card front and added the heart buttons which I made from polymer clay eons ago and painted with copper paint. Added yellow half pearls in the other holes.

I stapled the accordion folds down using Tim's Tiny Attacher, then covered the staples with double sided tape and various colors of narrow ribbons.

Punched out the ticket (McGill Tall Ticket) from white cardstock, colored with the Pan pastels and stamped the sentiment (Local King Rubber "Froggie") and the No Monetary Value with Just Rite alphabet stamps using Versafine Black Onyx.

Stamped the large flower on white cardstock with the black, clear embossed and colored with Derwent Inktense watercolor pencils, then cut out separating the stem from the flowers and reassembling. Adhered to card with 3D foam dots.

Stamped the Happy Birthday with the black.
