It's been a while since I played with my plumbers/electricians aluminum tape... but a couple challenges are calling for something metal, so I pulled it out. Love the way it turned out.

I'm using one of the Friendship quotes, split apart so it would fit on my card, from Quietfire Design

I Adhered the tape to some white cardstock and ran through my machine with the Cuttlebug lace edging embossing folder from the Nouveau set. Painted it with Eberhard Faber Twin Color Aubergine-blue, let it dry for a couple seconds, wiped it partially away, then applied Viva Decor Inka Gold "Old Gold" all over and rubbed that with a paper towel. I mitered the corners to create my frame.

Stamped the Eiffel Tower collage stamp (Stampendous) minus the words using Versafine Smoky Grey on white cardstock. Stamped the 2 chairs/table (Old Island "Positano Patio") with Black Onyx. Added a touch of blues and ochre in the flowers to give a bluish gold look, and blue cups. Sponged a bit of Distress "Salty Ocean" and "Old Paper around the edges. Used a brown colored pencil for the hot chocolate... Adhered this to the card and then adhered the frame.

Stamped the parts of the quote with the black, cut out, punched the corners and adhered to card with 3D foam tape.
