And more playing with Distress Stains...

I'm using a Thank You stamp set from Quietfire Design

Using the Spellbinders square die, die cut several squares from my metallic gift wrap paper. Trimmed the frames created, and used the drop out as a backing for my focal point square.

Die cut the Spellbinders Fleur de Lis square from dark brown cardstock - it's a rectangle, so I die cut part way and moved the paper to make it a square. layered it with the gold square and then my background square. Added the Parrot charm hanging it with a piece of metallic gold thread.

Stamped my sentiment with Versafine Black Onyx, clear embossed and trimmed down to fit card, then layered onto a dark brown cardstock.

The main card is a medium toned pink. Stamped the newsprint background stamps (Cornish Heritage Farms "Newspaper Add #SB-119XUM) with Versafine Vintage Sepia. Sponged Distress Walnut Stain on the corners and Antique Linen, direct to paper all over. Smeared Distress Stains "Picket Fence" all over, dried and added more Antique Linen. Adhered my sentiment piece, then my gold frames and then my Fleur de Lis piece. Added pink half pearls and some gold Peel Off corner embellisments.
