Today over at Flourishes there's a scavenger hunt to look for clues to create a challenge card. You can not combine it with any other challenge. and then you'll be in the running to win about $60 worth of prizes. And if you use Flourishes stamps, you'll have a double chance. So keeping my fingers crossed.

I used a set I won a couple weeks ago that just came in the mail yesterday... Sweet Nature #SS161.

I'm also using a stamp from the "Nature Quotes" set from Quietfire Design

So I need to use white, which is my main card and I embossed it with a Sizzix folder from the Sugar & Starry Night set #657066. Sponged some Distress Victorian Violet around the edges.

Next layer is the largest Spellbinders Lacey Squares (set #S4-295) using a pink on pink toned Scrapbook Paper.

I repeatedly stamped the text to cover a larger piece of white cardstock to make my background using Distress Shabby Shutters. Then sponged Peeled Paint, the Shutters again, some Crushed Olive and Forest Moss. Die cut and embossed it with the largest square from a Nestabilities square set, then sponged more Forest Moss around the edges.

Stamped the roses on a scrap piece of white cardstock, colored them with Derwent Inktense watercolors, then cut it out. Stamped the quote with Versafine Black Onyx from the scrap book paper, drew a vase around the quote and cut it out. Sponged some of the Violet around the edges, then adhered the roses in the vase... Tied a double peg bow from some thin pink ribbon. Lastly I added some Peel off glitter dots in a deep rose color.
