Another of the gals at our Crafty Dozen get together had made this type of card with diamonds instead of circles... Since I don't usually do things exactly like shown I thought I'd make one with circles instead... It's been a while since I've gotten into 3 dimensional card making...

Using Recollections "Cool Water" cardstock pack. Used the green for the card base. The aqua for the circles and then white cardstock for the inner circles and front panel, sponging some Distress purples around the edges.

Drew some funky lettering for the "Happy Birthday" doodling inside each letter with a purple Zig Writer.

Front quote: Forget about the past, you can't change int. Forget about the future, you can't predict it. Forget about the present, I didn't get you one!

Raided my stash and added a bunch of 3D flowers and leaves.
