So I need a mother's day card, and Flourishes has a Twinchie challenge and then I found a few more challenges that guided me through this card.

Flourishes Twinchies Challenge
AI Factory #31 Mother's Day
Everybody Art Challenge  #85 Sketch (see below)
The Play Date Cafe #PDCC24 Image Inspiration (see below)
Meljen's Designs #2 Girly Colors
Raise the Bar #13 Everything to do with Spring

Cute Card Thursday #107 Mono Mania
One Stitch At a Time  #7 Anything goes

So I started with my lace square using my new punch I bought yesterday - Martha Stewart Punch Around the Page "Eyelet Lace" #42-60013 on ivory toned cardstock. Then I rubber stamped my Butterfly on white cardstock with Versafine Black Onyx, clear embossed it and cut it down to the 2" x 2" cutting off some of the swirls. Colored the butterfly with Tombows in bright pinks, add some Ritz micro fine glitter "clear" in the part closest to the body. Mounted this to the lace piece.

Scored and folded my main deep purple card and with a rubber mallet, and the Cuttlebug Swiss Dots folder, embossed my edges.

Cut another piece of purple cardstock and rubber stamped the words "Happy Mother's Day" several times, then embossed it with Queen's Gold. I used various alphabet letters to create the words.

Adhered some pinky/purple toned gauze ribbon that had a dark dot pattern to the back of the Mother's Day piece. Adhered the eyelet lace assembly.

Rubber stamped the quote (Quietfire Design) with Versafine Imperial Purple and clear embossed it, then cut it out with a Spellbinder's oval die, embossed the edge and sponged some blue and pinky colors around the edge. Adhered it to the card.

Adhered some gold Mizuhiki cord using Glossy Accents, one cord at a time, held down while it dried. Sigh!! took a bit of time. And as a final touch added rose toned rhinestones in various sizes and shapes.
