About a month ago I went to visit a friend and stopped by this beading place that I've never been too before. Bought a few beads and found this marvellous gadget for coiling wire "The Coiling Gizmo" put out by Darice and invented by LeRoy Goertz. Brought it home and it sat on my table. I went so far as to shove it into my spill over room to sit some more. So with Flourishes challenge I brought it out and played with it. I had fun... I attached them to the turquoise cardstock with light purple brads. That strip was also run through the Cuttlebug with the D'Vine Swirls folder.

I had also made these 3 floral squares about a week ago and still didn't get around to using them. I rubber stamped the flower with Versafine Vintage Sepia (top and 2nd one onto white cardstock and the 3rd one onto faux batik paper). Cut them out. On the top one I filled in the flower with Ritz micro fine glitter, the 2nd one with gel pens. Put a coat of Glossy Accents on all three of them and added the yellow half pearl while wet.

The designer paper I made was Distress stamps (Dusty Concord, Broken China, Kaleidacolor "Spectrum" pad) sponged onto white cardstock, misted with water and dried. Then rubber stamped with a crackle stamp (Old Island) using Versafine Imperial Purple and embossing with Amethyst embossing powder.

The left hand purple paper was embossed with the Cuttlebug "Pebbles" embossing folder.

Rubber stamped the sentiment (Quietfire Design) with the Purple and embossed with the Amethyst. Die cut the oval (Spellbinder's) from white cardstock and sponged Broken China around the edges. Die cut the scalloped circle from the turquoise cardstock. Adhered all the layers to a turquoise cardstock.
