I'm still not happy with doing 3 layer wax seals that have the large frame mold design. Too many bulges or not good definition... One day I'll get it...but since I was trying out another of the frame stamp molds I got c'est l vie...
So I melted the violet color which is as close to pink as I could get (her favorite color) to create the frame - that I'm happy with. Then I used transparent wax for the calligraphed letters done on Canson Mixed Media paper ( the one in the circle is pretty good, - the other one is a bit less visible - transparent wax too thick). Then the gold in the larger molds - not so good. Again those big bulges trying to get the wax to move into the crevices. sigh!!
