One of my friends made a purse similar to this using a die. I said to myself this is easy enough not to need a die...

I cut a rectangle piece of Coral reef textured paper  6"w x 14"h. Scored and folded at 4.25, 6.75, 8.25 and 12.5 then die cut the edge of the flap to approx a 2"flap.

Cut inner piece of elephant hide cardstock to fit between the score lines leaving a touch of space so it doesn't interfere with the folds. 

Wrote my text  and adhered my toggle clasp and purse handles prior adhering the text to the purse.

For the purse handles I folded some of the coral reef paper, slit on the flap fold and inserted the handles gluing to the inside.

When everything was assembled adhered my die cut flowers.
