This is a hand bound hard cover journal with an open spine binding and was designed for the lettering classes, but adapts itself beautifully to other journals. The journal you'll make in class will consist of 6 signatures (sections in the book) with 6 pages folded in half for each signature. Total number of pages (both sides of pages) 144 pages. It will include text weight paper, cardstock both white and black, and watercolor paper.

Please note. journals shown are samples only, cover colors and brads may change depending on availability. No experience necessary but helpful if your not all thumbs... BIG GRIN

You will learn a lot of the basics in book binding, measuring, folding, gluing, creating a template, punching your holes for sewing and then sewing your journal, getting the tension right, and probably a few other things too.

If you have a preference of color let me know when you email me your registration request and if I'm able, will try to get that color for you. No promises

Class and payment Policy:

PAYMENT POLICY: Please note, a reserved place is on a first come first paid basis. Send me an email to let me know you'd like to attend and which classes/dates/times you're signing up for. I will send you a Pay Pal invoice and put you on the list. If I don't receive payment for the class, either by Pay Pal or check within 4 working days after I send the invoice, your name will be dropped down the list.

Please note, checks will be cashed immediately. No refunds issued unless I have to cancel the class.

START TIME: Please note the time of each class and BE ON TIME. It's very inconsiderate if you show up late and disturb everyone else. The class will start on time and you will have to catch up as best you can.

Please also note, "do not bring any tools with you unless you need advice with something".
