Black glossy paper, Pearlescent Silver Moss ink. Lettering done with very quick strokes. |

Ruling Pen - Contrast Thick Thin |
An exercise with thick and thin contrasts, done on Genoa bond paper using Higgin's brown ink. When dry, shadowed with a graphite pencil and paper stump. |
Another sample of the thick/thin contrast - no shadowing. |
a variation - 1 letter thin, 1 letter thicker... |

Did the same technique put using Aladine "Rose" ink on the Genoa Bond paper, faux stitching... and pencil shading. |

Playing again on Terra Skin paper using Higgin's black ink. Love the matte finish. The pen just glides over the surface - really nice... and the ink dries a lot quicker on this surface than on glossy paper. |
