Ron goes on a week's fishing trip with a bunch of friends once a year, so his card was a humorous one about fishing. Thought I'd continue the theme on the envelope. Sponged Distress stamp pads (Broken China, Faded Jeans, Peeled Paint, Pine Needles and a touch of Crushed Olive) layering and creating a river effect where that fish is. Misted with water, let the water activate the inks, and dried with a hairdryer.

Rubber stamped the scenic elements with Versafine stamp pads (Black Onyx for the pine trees, Vintage Sepia & Olympia Green for the cattails). The fish was done with Distress pads Mustard Seed & Barn Door.

Lettering was done with a Micron Pen then colored with a red Prisma color pencil.
