BVCG - Repeat - My friend #2

April 09 Galleria has a theme of Repeat - peat - peat. In other words we had to do something that repeated itself, be it color, lines, words, whatever.
I made ATC sized insets of the words "my Friend" doing the technique from Carrie Imai's class, where you made a monoline design, cut it out and rearranged/skewed it onto another piece of cardstock. I used a cream toned yellow Bazzill monochromatic cardstock for the light area and a plain black cardstock for the other portion. Attached it to the main bright yellow card leaving enough space between the insets for my quote. Wrote in the quote with a fine tipped black Micron pen.
