I used a Canson 90 lb CP watercolor paper. For the background I used Derwent Inktense watercolor pencils in "Apple Green" & "Sherbert Lemon" and blending these colors together with water. When dry used Prismacolor and some Derwent colored pencils for the apple. The calligraphy was done with a ruling/folded pen and Moon Palace Sumi Ink.
