Foam On calligraphy practice paper using watercolors for the foam words and gouache for the embossing tool roller word. Graphite shading. |
ID: wk 32 - Mother
Goose - Roses Are Red On Bee Super Deluxe paper drew in my words, outline the large words with a Zig Writer and the small text with .03 Micron then painted the background with a Pentel Pocket Brush Pen. Painted the floral & striped design in the letters. Added Ritz glitter "Warm Highlights" to the white areas in the Sugar word.

Wk 32 - Mother Goose
- Itsy Bitsy Spider I created this Heidi Kyle Spider structure for my "Art Of The Fold" group but didn' know what to decorate it with...Mother Goose rhyme was perfect... Booklet made from cheap construction paper that is very fugitive... Calligraphy in a Curlz hand using Bleed Proof white ink and pointed nib. Used Ranger's Ink Essentials Black Enamel Accents for the spider's body. |

ID: Wk 33 - lack
Paper - Yogi On unknown black cardstock drew in my border design (Y on the left, O on top, G on the right and i on the bottom) then went over the lines with a Uniball Signo white gel pen and used a Nikko G nib and Bleed Proof white ink for the letter border lines. Used Kurtake Gold Mica ink for the curlicues using a Gilot Rigid nib. Used the Gilot nib with Bleed proof white for the text. Words: What's in a name? That which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet. from Romeo & Juliet William Shakespeare

ID: wk 32 - Reading -
CS Lewis On misc calligraphy paper, using a 6.0 Parallel pen and dipping into Ecoline Carmine ink, wrote out the quote in Funky Neuland style, only writing a couple letters at a time and then sprinkling with Neuberg-Ebel "Silver" metallic powder medium #18. Shadow outlined with a .02 Micron pen. Words: You can never get a cup of tea large enough or a book long enough to suit me. C.S. Lewis
