I took a class yesterday with Sarah Simon (The Mint Gardener) hosted by Blick Art Materials and Winsor & Newton. Was fun.

I decided to expand on the painting with graphite shading and then calligraphed quotes. I turned the 1st one into a card mounted to a dark green Distress cardstock.

I'll do more of them. I liked the process

I used 1264 Fabriano 140# CP watercolor pad
