Funky Neuland -  Blue To You

I've been pulling out stuff from my drawers to use for my Funky Neuland class I'll be teaching soon and came across my Kuretake flat water brushes. This one is 1/4".

Recently the words "Blue to you" have been going through my brain and I have no idea why... So Googled it and found out it was a long poem by Martin Challis.

I used Holbien "Peacock Blue" (my favorite blue color...). When dry added the dots using a pointed nib and Bleed Proof white ink and then a dark blue watercolor.

The body of the text was with a 2.4 Parallel pen and Sumi ink.

Words: Blue to you may be a room with a view. To me it's an ocean turned sideways.
