Carrieoke - Oh The Weather

It's been a while since I've played with Carrie Imai's Carrieoke style lettering. It's so playful... which is something I need this week with the weather we're having here in Calgary.

I have a couple friends who send me funnies... this was one of them and so appropriate. Thanks ladies. You know who you are...

On Genoa Bond practice paper using a Zig Calligraphy black 3.5 nib pen wrote out the text. I switched to  the blue Zig Calligraphy pen which had a 2.0 & 5.0nib size. Too big for writing all on one line, so only wrote the word twice and changed to the smaller nib for the 3rd word... Then after scanning it I thought I should have done the word "winter" in the blue as well, so photo-shopped it... pic below.

Words: Oh the weather outside can bite me, and my car won't start to spit me, and I can't feel any of my toes. Winter blows, blows, blows.
