Another challenge right up my alley. 

All are done on Arches Text Wove paper and are 5"w x 3"h. I thought I'd play with Bister Inks this month.

Day 1: May 2021

Copperplate using a Nikko G Nib and blue Bister ink. For the flowers/leaves I used a Rosemary & Co Triangular brush #6 series 318 - red and green bister.

Day 2: Accomplishment

Overlapping Italic starting with a #4 flat brush (unknown brand)nd yellow Bister, then with a Simply Simmons #8 chisel and red Bister,  then with a Simply Simmons #4 chisel and blue Bister and then with a 2.4 Parallel pen nd Sumi ink..

Day 3: Beautiful

Italic with a 4.5 Parallel pen and various Bister colors then shadowed with an HB Grafwood pencil and paper stump

Day 4: Cheery

Uncial with a 4.5 Parallel pen and various Bister colors then shadowed with a Micron pen.

Day 5: Cinco de Mayo

Chunky Funky Monoline using a 4.5 Parallel pen and Sumi ink then painted between the letters with various colors of Bister. Dots with a Sharpie.

Day 6: Delightful

My rendition of Curls lettering. Drew the letters with a micron pen, loaded the spaces with water and sprinkled Bister yellow and red using a Tim Holtz Glitter Duster.

Day 7: Energetic

Another Funky style. Used a 3.0 parallel pen and water then sprinkled yellow and blue Bister and a touch of red.
