I usually love challenges and this one is right up my alley. For this series of words I'm using an architectural style (Frank LLoyd Wright). I recently took a ZOOM class with Cora Pearls. I've done this style of lettering for many years and love it, but this class was a good refresher. I did put my own spin on a few of the letters... The rules don't always work for me.

Day 22: (Virtual Hugs)

Bee Super Deluxe paper. architectural lettering (Frank LLoyd Wright style). Vermillion Sumi ink. B 1/2 nib. Outlined with a mix of Holbien "Copper Pearl" and "Burnt Umber", then graphite shading and paper stump. Border painted with the gouache.

Day 23: (World Health Organization WHO)

Bee Super Deluxe paper. architectural lettering (Frank LLoyd Wright style). Vermillion Sumi ink and Holbien "Burnt Umber" gouache. B-5 nib. Graphite and paper stump shading.

Day 24: (X-Toilet Paper)

Bee Super Deluxe paper. architectural lettering (Frank LLoyd Wright style). Vermillion Sumi ink and B-5 nib. Graphite and paper stump shading. Holbien "Rich Gold" guoache border.

Day 25: (Year 2020)

Bee Super Deluxe paper. architectural lettering (Frank LLoyd Wright style). Vermillion Sumi ink and B-5 nib. Shading with red colored pencil and graphite and paper stump shading. 6.0 Parallel pen and the Sumi accents on border.

Day 26: (ZOOM)

Bee Super Deluxe paper. architectural lettering (Frank LLoyd Wright style). Vermillion Sumi ink and B 1/2 nib. Stitching detail and large dots with a black Zig Writer.

Day 27: (Safe Social Distancing)

Bee Super Deluxe paper. architectural lettering (Frank LLoyd Wright style). Vermillion Sumi ink and B-5 nib. Colored pencil shading. Graphite and paper stump shading on border.

Day 28: (Vaccine)

Bee Super Deluxe paper. architectural lettering (Frank LLoyd Wright style). Vermillion Sumi ink and B-5 nib. ackground painted with a black Pentel Pocket brush pen. .Red Zig Writer border dots

Day 29: (Theresa Tam)

Bee Super Deluxe paper. architectural lettering (Frank LLoyd Wright style). Vermillion Sumi ink and B-5 nib. Graphite and paper stump shading. Border painted with Holbien "Flame Red" gouache. When dry added the large dots with B 1/2 nib and Bleed Proof white ink then small red dots

Day 30: (Lysol)

Bee Super Deluxe paper. architectural lettering (Frank LLoyd Wright style). Vermillion Sumi ink and B 1/2 nib. Colored pencil shading. Blue Zig Writer border detail and letter outlines.
