I signed up for the Summer Retreat 2021 (mini classes of 100 artists). This was from Day 3, a watercolor painting tutorial by Rattan Raur (The Purple Splash)

On heavy weight Master Craft HP watercolor paper and using QoR watercolors.

Added the lettering with a 2.4 Parallel Pen and Sumi ink.

I'll probably turn this piece into a birthday card...

Words: aging is like a basket of nectarines. sometimes it's simply peachy and other times it's just the pits.
